Martin gained a B.Sc. (Earth Science) and Dip.Sci. (Land Resource Assessment and Restoration) from
Massey University before working on various projects with the Department of Conservation and
Landcare Research.
In the initial stages of Te Ngahere, Martin was responsible for Tracks and
Finances. He is currently Managing Director and is responsible for the Auckland branch.
An adventurous spirit, Martin takes to alpine and wilderness environments for his recreation, and
enjoys the challenge of working in remote areas.
