As our business grows we are always on the lookout for the right people to join the Te Ngahere family.

We offer training, market-related wages and the opportunity to work in fantastic outdoor locations on rewarding projects that we can all be proud of.

Te Ngahere has a comprehensive training programme for all aspects of our business, which is structured to develop team members and assist in achieving our organisational goals and values. The training programme is based on relevant industry codes of practice and makes use of both in-house and external providers.

To support the training programme a Performance Review and Development Programme is in place to ensure that the relevant training is carried out in a timely and effective manner to the benefit of both the team member and Te Ngahere.

We are keen to hear from exceptional individuals who are interested in working outside in the following roles.

Field workers in our ecological restoration division, which carries out the control of invasive weeds in order to work towards restoring ecosystems.
Labourers in our tracks division, which constructs and maintains walking and bush tracks
Builders & labourers in our structures division, which builds and maintains boardwalk, staircases, bridges and viewing platforms
    Bushmen.

Please note that for the following two job descriptions, applications close on 5/3/2010.
