As our business grows we are always on the lookout
for the right people to join the Te Ngahere family.
We offer training, market-related wages and the opportunity
to work in fantastic outdoor locations on rewarding projects
that we can all be proud of.

aspects of our business, which is structured to develop team
members and assist in achieving our organisational goals and

To support the training programme a Performance Review and
Development Programme is in place to ensure that the relevant
training is carried out in a timely and effective manner to the
benefit of both the team member and Te Ngahere.
