Paul joined Te Ngahere in 2000 with 10 years experience in the construction industry gained in a number of countries. During his time at Te Nghaere he has managed contracts both in the North and South Island, and on offshore islands.

He has constructed structures in a number of remote locations including; the Tuatapere Hump Ridge Track, the Lake Matheson boardwalk, Nelson Lakes Structures, the Whangarei Suspension Bridge, Mt Somers Hut, and various Visitor Assett projects on Great Barrier Island.

He has tuned his skills well to the challenges of running a team and working in remote environments, Paul is now based in Auckland and is completing a National Certificate in Carpentary.
