Steve Beeney

Steve has been working for Te Ngahere for the last 4 years and oversees the operations of both our structure and tracks teams.

He comes from a background in construction having owned his own building contractors firm for the last twenty years. He has enjoyed the challenge of matching his skills with the planning, logistics and implementation of back country and rope access work.

He has a working knowledge of best practice construction methods along with the standards and procedures required to complete our core work, having also completed an apprenticeship in boat building Steve’s standard of workmanship and ability to adapt to a variety of projects are among his strengths.

Steve has a current first aid certificate, and has a sound working knowledge of helicopter operations.

Aside from work, Steve’s interests lie with his family, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors.
