Te Ngahere South completed the upgrade of a variety of recreation asset structures throughout the greater Nelson / Marlborough Region over six-months early in 2004.

and Marahau, where they were flown via helicopter to site
  •  the ability to remove old structures and install prefabricated replacements with minimal downtime
     on heavily-populated walking tracks
  •  the ability to coordinate workers, barges and helicopters throughout the transportation and installation
portions of the projects, along with the ability to manage the logistics of numerous small jobs
spread over a large geographical area, which included 3 National Parks
