Meet the Team:
Michelle Dublon, Ecologist

Michelle Dublon is passionate about Ecological Restoration, with a particular interest in botanical and weed issues. She has a BSc honours degree in Environmental Science with over 6 years of experience of working in practical conservation and ecological restoration, including community projects, reserve management and biodiversity partnerships.

In her role as Ecologist she draws on her strengths of developing good relationships with clients and expertise in providing habitat management advice.

She is experienced in preparing restoration plans, carrying out vegetation surveys, developing animal pest control programmes, planning operational weed control work and undertaking ecological assessments. She believes that the key to successful restoration projects involves thorough site assessments, targeted management goals and a comprehensive weed control programme.

She has a strong love of the outdoors and is an avid tramper, so can be found most weekends exploring forest reserves across the North Island.
