Building
Bridges
The Environmental Structures division is made up of Tracks and Structures.
The division, similar to ecological restoration, seeks to enhance
and protect New Zealand’s native environment through the delivery
of services that allow access and enjoyment without damaging the
fragile surroundings.
The teams are passionate about what they do and are proud of what
they have accomplished. The quality of work that they produce is
second to none and there is a flexibility and willingness that is
respected and sought after by our clients. A
recent track, on Waiheke, was described as the best walking track
that the client has seen, and the coastal
staircase that has been built on the North Shore is a spectacular
showcase of our capabilities.
A “can do” attitude has got us to where we are but, it is the focus
on quality that has kept us at the forefront of visitor assets. There
have been many projects, small and large, and the work covers anything
from mountainbike tracks (Arch Hill, Auckland) to boardwalks (Great
Barrier Island summit track, St Heliers and Kohimarama, Auckland)
to suspension bridges. More. |
